Somesh Joshi is a qualified Chartered Accountant engaged in fund raising for varied domestic & international organizations since 2012.
He is a dynamic professional with 10+ years experience in the field of Investment Banking. Deft in raising fund through debt & equity. He understands varied business models and delivers solution that match cashflow keeping financial stability at the core.
Prior to Wise Leaf, he led transactions at BPA Consulting from initiation to closure valuing over USD 325 Mn with a balanced mix of domestic and external commercial borrowing.
Somesh is a client-focused go-getter.
His expertise is in identifying the growth path, right source of fund, advise & execute the plan.

Anita is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in domestic & international fund raising.
She has raised funds for corporates and MSMEs and is deft at hand holding clients in their fund raise journey. Her expertise has been a great contributor in successful fund raise for green field & brownfield projects and re-structuring.
She has advised clients from varied sectors like infra, EPC, API & formulations manufacturing, hydro power, private freight terminal, container glass manufacturing among others.

Dr. Ramnath was Executive Director/Director Strategic Planning - Maharashtra Metro. He was instrumental in implementing Pune & Nagpur Metro projects. He successfully raised over $1.5bn from Multilateral agencies.

Prior to this, he was Co-fund Manager (Executive Director) with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

He currently serves as CEO of TVS Industrial & Logistics Park.

Sumeet Agrawal is an accomplished professional with 30+ years of rich experience in industrial B2B segments of Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Polymers. He has held leadership positions with wide exposure to domestic and international business at leading Indian and MNC companies interacting with global managers across multicultural environment. Sumeet was MD at Borregaard South Asian Pvt. Ltd. spearheading overall strategy leading to almost 5 times growth. Prior to Borregaard, Sumeet handled various assignments in large Indian organizations viz. Reliance Inds. (RIL), NOCIL and HPCL.



Cloud Technology

Vijay has more than 20 years with organisations like Google, Cisco systems, Citrix and IBM in technology spaces of Cloud, Digital workspaces, Enterprise Networking, Datacenter, Security and Collaboration technologies. He has led system engineering organisations in these companies across different verticals in banking and financial services, manufacturing, IT/ITES and public sector.

He currently leads Sales Systems Engineering at Google Cloud for India.

Real Estate Funding

Mehul Zaveri has over 14 years of extensive experience in Real Estate industry. Previously, he has worked for Portman Holdings, a real estate Private Equity Firm and JLL, an International Property Consultant. During this tenure, he got an opportunity to develop and hone skills for transaction advisory, transaction management & closure and business development & negotiation. He has a complete & in-depth knowledge of evaluation of residential & commercial projects and capital structuring of the same.
